Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Well designed guesthouse compound with fairly well taken care of landscaped grounds. There’s a paddle court. Bed is huge, over 2m long but still hard as all Vietnamese mattresses. Quiet place, I was the only guest. Rooms have plenty of furniture and feel homey.

Negative: Nothing around in this neighborhood but it’s a decent place to go inwards, recharge after Hagiang loop. Room photos are not accurate, “king rooms” don’t have double windows as in description, this is misleading and owner couldn’t understand this discrepancy no matter how much I tried to explain. My room was much darker than on the photos. Air is stuffy due to lack of ventilation. Google maps contact number is incorrect and it was hard to find the place even with my local driver. Overall feeling during my stay was that this guesthouse was not expecting guests, and I was a nuisance for the receptionist lady. Menu is very limited and pizza was ordered from outside, which is definitely better than if they would try to make it themselves.
