Summary: The phone number they have listed goes to another hotel which have no idea about reservation for urchin hotel. Very confusing. Urchin contacts me after I try many hours trying to get a hold of them through the app. They give me check in directions. Property is located 150 meters in the alley. Car can not fit. Need to walk. Only provides 1 towel. Mold on ceiling.
