Summary: An amazing concept hotel. The staff were incredible. They were really there to make sure that your stay was nothing short of remarkable. They were polite and kind. While the room was small, they made up for it in the other communal spaces. The breakfast was probably the best we had in Vietnam (so far after more than 3 weeks). Would definitely stay again. If you do stay there, please ask for a room facing the back, if available. It is a lot quieter on that side, though the hotel does provide ear plugs.
