Positive: A welcome relaxing break after escaping the chaos of Hanoi Beautiful setting and facilities We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the Thermal baths , kayaking and bike hire . Don provided excellent communication throughout our stay and was on hand on WhatsApp whenever we needed assistance

Negative: perhaps more vegetarian options in the restaurant in the evening but we did enjoy what options were available
