Positive: Staff is friendly and helpful, and overall the place is no bad.

Negative: The huge disadvantage of this place is a karaoke night every single day. It's a shame because the place would have been so peaceful and beautiful but karaoke until late hours kinda ruined the atmosphere. The music was very loud, I think it disturbs the peace of surrounding homestays as well, so keep in mind if you want to make a booking in this area.
