Positive: Beds were clean and comfortable Front desk Staff helpful and even sorted my Sim by getting someone to come to hotel.

Negative: Rooms very noisy, could hear whole conversations in other rooms. Also people getting up in morning. Lightwell not window had no blind or curtain, previous people put towel over it ! Breakfast awful on roof and terrace. Was rainy when we were there so mostly wet tables etc. Not enough chairs, Staff couldn't care less. Only tried it once and went elsewhere.
